Convert HEIC to JPG
Turn iPhone photos into JPG files that open anywhere: your files stay on your device, nothing is uploaded, and it is free with no account.
How it works
- Choose your HEIC photos or drop them on this page. You can add several at once.
- Each photo is decoded in this browser tab and saved as a JPG at 92% quality.
- Download each JPG, or all of them in one ZIP file.
Questions
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. The work happens inside this browser tab, so your photos never leave your device and no server sees them. Closing the tab clears them from memory.
Does the JPG keep the location and camera details?
No. Each JPG is drawn from the decoded picture, so it carries no location, date or camera details. Your HEIC files are not changed.
What are the limits?
Each photo can be up to 80 MB and 100 million pixels. When a HEIC file holds several pictures, such as a burst, the main picture is converted. Safari on iPhone and iPad saves at most about 16.7 million pixels, so larger photos come out smaller there, and the result says so.
